Privacy Policy
Olimp App · Version 1.0 · Effective from May 17, 2026
In short: Olimp is a local-first app that runs entirely on your device. We do not create user accounts, we do not sync data to the cloud, we do not sell your data, and we do not show ads. The only data sent off-device is anonymous crash reports.
1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the Olimp application (hereinafter the "App") is:
AIBIZ Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (AIBIZ Limited Liability Company)
Tuszyńska 29, 93-011 Łódź, Poland
Polish National Court Register (KRS): 0001135235
Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7292758893

2. What Data We Collect
2.1. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following data exclusively on your device (in a local SQLite database and the secure system storage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server:
- Training history (number of push-ups, dates, session durations, completed sets)
- Your progress through the level ladder
- App settings (daily reminder time, preferences)
- Onboarding completion status
2.2. Data Sent Off-Device
The App sends only anonymous crash reports to the Sentry service. A crash report includes:
- Anonymous installation identifier (does not personally identify you)
- Device model and operating system version
- App version
- Error stack trace (technical information about the crash)
Crash reports do not contain your training data, location, name, email, or any personal data.
2.3. What We Do NOT Collect
We explicitly state that the App does NOT collect:
- Your name, surname, email, or phone number
- Location (GPS)
- Contact list
- Photos or files from your device
- Data from other apps
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID)
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process data for the following purposes:
- Operation of the App (storing training history locally) — necessary to perform the service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Crash diagnostics (anonymous Sentry reports) — legitimate interest of the controller in maintaining App quality (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
4. Data Recipients
Anonymous crash reports are transferred to the following data processor:
Local training data is not shared with anyone — it remains exclusively on your device.
5. Notifications
The App may send local notifications (Daily Reminder) on your device if you grant permission in system settings. Notifications are scheduled locally and do not require a server connection. You can disable them at any time in the App or system settings.
6. Data Retention Period
- Local data: stored on your device until the App is uninstalled or data is cleared in App settings
- Sentry reports: stored by Sentry according to their policy (typically 90 days)
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access to data — you have full access to your local data within the App itself
- Deletion of data — you can uninstall the App or clear data in system settings at any time, which removes all local data
- Objection to processing — you may request deletion of Sentry reports by writing to kontakt@akademiaautomatyzacji.com
- Complaint to a supervisory authority — you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
8. Children
The App is not intended for persons under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect any data from children under that age.
9. Security
Local data is stored in the App's internal storage, protected by standard iOS / Android sandboxing mechanisms. Sensitive data (system flags) is additionally protected by secure system storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective from" date at the top of this document and, if necessary, within the App itself.
