      In short: Olimp is a free push-up training tracker. You use it at your own risk. Your training data is stored exclusively on your device. The app is provided "as is", without warranty.
    

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Olimp mobile application (hereinafter the "App"), provided by:

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these terms — do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The Olimp App is designed for:

Tracking individual push-up training
Storing training history locally on the user's device
Monitoring progress through an 8-level progression ladder ("From Civilian to Zeus")
Sending local training reminders (Daily Reminder)
Providing educational content about push-up technique (Library)

The App operates locally — it does not require registration, a user account, or a server connection (except for anonymous crash reports, described in the Privacy Policy).

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or redistribute the App
Reverse engineer the App's code
Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
Remove copyright notices from the App

4. User Data

All data entered into the App (training history, settings) is stored exclusively on your device. We are not liable for the loss of this data due to:

Uninstalling the App
Clearing app data in system settings
Device failure, theft, or damage
Operating system updates

The App does not provide a backup of your data. If you want to preserve your history — back up your device (iCloud / Google Drive) or export the data manually.

5. ⚠️ IMPORTANT — Health Disclaimer

Olimp is a physical activity tracking app and does NOT constitute medical, physiotherapy, or training advice.

Before starting any training program:

Consult a doctor if you have any health conditions, injuries, or have not exercised regularly in the past 6 months
Warm up before every workout
Listen to your body — stop exercising in case of pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms
Use proper technique as described in the App's Library

By using the App, you accept the risk associated with physical activity. AIBIZ Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any injuries, harm, or health problems resulting from use of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS", without any warranties, express or implied. In particular, we do not guarantee that:

The App will operate error-free or uninterrupted
All errors will be fixed
The App will meet your specific requirements
Training data will be preserved across updates

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBIZ Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to:

Loss of data
Loss of earnings
Physical injuries (see § 5)
Inconveniences caused by App failures

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law (in particular consumer protection law).

8. Educational Content (Library)

The content within the App's Library (articles about push-up techniques, training tips) is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not replace individual advice from a personal trainer, physiotherapist, or doctor.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective from" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or part of it at any time, with reasonable notice communicated through the App Store / Google Play.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from use of the App will be resolved by the court competent for the location of AIBIZ Sp. z o.o. (Łódź), subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction provisions.
